We offer comprehensive Functional Assessments that evaluate how mental health symptoms impact your daily functioning across various roles and settings, providing valuable insights that inform your personalized treatment plan.


Our MHPs are trained to conduct thorough assessments that identify your strengths and challenges, ensuring that we create a supportive environment for your recovery journey.


With our focus on understanding your unique circumstances, we are here to help you achieve your mental health goals and enhance your overall quality of life.

What is ARMHS and how can it help?

  • ARMHS stands for Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services.
  • ARMHS is an in home and community service that focuses on providing rehabilitative support for people experiencing impairments due to a mental health diagnosis.

  • Must be at least age 18.
  • Must qualify for at least 1 mental health diagnosis.
  • Must be able to identify 3 different goals to work on.

In a typical session lasting between 30 minutes to 3 hours, an ARMHS worker visits your home to help you achieve your goals by coaching you to:


  • Identify and understand your mental health symptoms and their impacts.
  • Learn and practice skills to address these impairments.
  • Apply these skills in real-life situations to reach your personal goals.
  • Assess what strategies were effective and what can be improved for future sessions.


What Issues Can ARMHS Help Me With?

  1. Basic Living and Social Skills: Support and education in essential skills for independent living, including budgeting, cooking, and community resource utilization.
  2. Certified Peer Specialist Services: Empowering recovery-focused activities led by Certified Peer Specialists to promote self-determination and address feelings of stigma and social isolation.
  3. Community Intervention: Strategies designed to reduce barriers to community integration and minimize hospitalization risks by involving family and other support systems.
  4. Functional Assessments: Comprehensive evaluations that describe the impact of mental health symptoms on day-to-day functioning across various roles and settings.
  5. LOCUS (Level of Care Utilization System): Assessment determining the necessary service intensity based on the individual's functional abilities.
  6. Interpretive Summary: A synthesis of assessment information that identifies desired outcomes, summarizes functional barriers, and prioritizes treatment planning.
  7. Individual Treatment Plan (ITP): A collaborative, written plan documenting the treatment strategy, goals, and responsible parties tailored to the member's needs and preferences.
  8. Medication Education: An educational service that informs members about mental illness, medication roles and effects, and potential side effects for safer management.
